The 2012 Kelp Skimmer dive boards are built. This year I have continue to included a mounting system for a three foot abalone iron, or spear gun, as well as a velcro attachments and more brass clips to secure your floatline and other equipment, leaving more room in your bag for fish and abalone.

Pick up one of the Kelp Skimmers in Gualala. It’s really nice but it dropped from the back of a buddies car when fully loaded and the two tie wraps that hold the dive bag snapped. Can I just unscrew the “bolts” that go thru the board to replace the tie wraps or is there something else I need to be aware of. Appreciate your help.

Yes. The plastic anchors can be unscrewed and a new cord or zip tie replaced, then screwed back together.
